If you find yourself obsessing over relationships, fearing abandonment, losing yourself in love, or feeling addicted to the emotional highs and lows of connection — this group was created for you.

This supportive coaching group is designed for women who are ready to better understand their relationship patterns, heal intimacy wounds, and begin building a healthier relationship with themselves and others.

Together, we’ll explore the deeper roots of love addiction, attachment wounds, self-worth struggles, and emotional dependency in a compassionate, supportive environment with other women who truly understand.

In This Group, You Will:

• Learn the signs and cycles of love addiction and intimacy struggles

• Understand your attachment style and how it impacts relationships

• Develop tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-trust

• Build healthier relationship patterns and deeper self-awareness

• Increase confidence, self-worth, and comfort being on your own

• Receive support and connection from like-minded women on similar healing journeys

• Gain access to a self-paced workbook and ongoing community support

• 90-minute live online coaching sessions every other week

• Private WhatsApp community for connection and support between sessions

• Self-paced healing workbook and reflection exercises

• Optional add-on private coaching sessions for deeper individualized support

Investment

• $55 per session
